Description

The design is for a PCIe-based Nonvolatile Memory Express (NVMe) SSD drive for computer systems.

System Benefits​:

  • PCIe card form factor
  • Power fail monitor and power sequence control
  • Additional digital signal and voltage monitoring for system protection and control
  • 1.5% Relative Humidity (RH) humidity sense
  • 0.5 °C temperature accuracy in a small package (0.8mm x 1.3mm) temperature sensor
  • System could slow down the drive when detecting a temperature warning
  • Ensures low jitter clock source for an NVMe controller (<0.5fs RMS)
