瑞萨电子在浮置栅极阵列™ (FGA™) 和带隙技术中提供一系列高精度电压基准源。 瑞萨电子革命性的 FGA 电压基准源集成电路不依赖硅结产生的电压。 FGA 技术将精密电荷存储在一个基本不受温度、输入电压和时间等外部变化影响的浮置栅极单元上,从而产生极为精确和稳定的基准电压。 标准电压基准源性能被具有业内最高精度和稳定性,但功耗却是业内最低的产品系列提升到空前的高度。
ISL21010 是一种精密、低压降微功耗带隙电压基准源,采用节省空间的 SOT-23 封装。 其工作电压为单电源 2.2V - 5.5V(最小电压取决于电压选项),提供的基准电压精度为 ±0.2%。 ISL21010 可提供高达 25mA 的输出电流源,压降低至 150mV。
ISL21070 电压基准源属于模拟电压基准源,可在低电源电压下工作,最大工作电流低至 25µA。 此外,ISL21070 系列具有稳定的 ±0.2% 的初始精度以及 30ppm/°C 的温度系数。 这类基准源非常适用于通用场景,能以更低的成本满足性能需求。
ISL21080 属于模拟电压基准源,可在低电源电压下工作,工作电流典型值低至 310nA,最大工作电流为 1.5µA。 此外,ISL21080 系列具有稳定的 ±0.2% 的初始精度以及 50ppm/°C 的温度系数。
ISL21090 是一款超低噪音、高 DC 精度的精密电压基准源,具有较大的输入电压范围。 ISL21090 利用瑞萨电子先进的双极技术,可在 0.1Hz 到 10Hz 之间将噪音控制在1.0µVP-P (1.25V) 之下,并实现 0.02% (2.5V) 的初始电压精度。
ISL60002 FGA 电压基准源属于超高精度的模拟电压基准源,采用瑞萨电子专有的浮置栅极模拟技术,可在低电源电压下工作,工作电流低至 350nA。 此外,ISL60002 系列具有稳定的 ±1.0mV 的初始精度以及 20ppm/°C 的温度系数。 ISL60002 系列初始精度和温度性能稳定,加上电源电压较低且功耗低至 350nA,无需牺牲热稳定性即可降低功耗,因此是转换系统的理想搭档。
X60003 FGA 电压基准源属于超高精度的模拟电压基准源,采用瑞萨电子专有的浮置栅极模拟技术,与传统的带隙、掩埋齐纳或 XFET™ 技术相比,具备更高的性能水平。
