The SLG59M1614V is an 8.5mΩ 4A single-channel load switch that can switch 0.85V to 5.5V power rails. The product is packaged in an ultra-small 1.5mm x 2.0mm package.

- Optimized for smartphone and notebook/tablet PC applications
- 8.5mΩ RDSON while supporting 4.0A
- Power supply: 2.5V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V
- Input voltage range: 0.85V ≤ VD ≤ VDD
- Output voltage slew-rate control by an external capacitor
- Output discharge circuitry
- Sleep mode current (IDDOFF) in low µA range
