描述
RX13T系列微控制器搭载RX家族32MHz工作主频的RXv1内核、浮点运算单元（FPU）、变频控制计时器（MTU3）及12位A/D转换器等，单芯片实现无刷DC电机的高效变频控制。与现有 RX 产品的兼容性高，方便已有硬件/软件的移植。RX13T系列包括32-pin和48-pin两种少管脚封装，可编程增益放大器（PGA）、比较器、数据闪存、高速内置谐振器（HOCO）等功能，有助于减少电路板面积和BOM元器件。
