概览

The SLG59M1527V is designed for load switching applications. The part comes with two 4.5 A rated MOSFETs switched on by two ON control pins. Each MOSFETs turn on time is independently adjusted by an external capacitor.

  • Power supply: 2.5 V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5 V
  • Input voltage range: 0.9 V ≤ VD ≤ VDD
  • 14.5 mΩ RDSON while supporting 4.5 A per channel
  • Output voltage slew-rate control by external capacitor
  • Over-temperature protection
  • Output discharge circuitry
  • Footprint-compatible ordering option

应用

  • Ideal for switching ON and OFF S0 +5.0 and 3.3 V power rails with associated support circuitry discharges
  • Ideal for switching ON and OFF power rails 5 V or less
  • Can use either channel up to 4.5 A with combined maximum current of 8.5 A
  • Maximum load capacitance of 1000 μF for each Channel Source terminal

    Parametric Table tips

    Tips for Using This Parametric Table:

    • Hide Filters button in header: Collapse or expands filters
    • Column sort buttons in header: Sort Column alphabetically / numerically descending or ascending
    • Reset button in header: Reset all filters to the page default
    • Full Screen button in header: Expand the table to full screen view (user must close out of full screen before they can interact with rest of page)
    • Export button in header: Export the filtered results of the table to an Excel document
    • Filter parts search bar in header: Type to filter table results by part number
    • Hide column button in column headers: Select to hide columns in table
    • AND / OR toggle switches in header: Toggles the logic of this particular filter to be “AND” or “OR” logic for filtering results
