皮拉尼真空计

概览

描述

皮拉尼(Pirani)真空计系统利用热传导原理测量真空压力。 该系统使用加热丝作为温度传感器,从而实现精确的真空压力测量。 作为应用最广泛的真空计类型之一,该系统被普遍用于对真空测量精度与可靠性要求极高的领域,例如半导体制造、医疗设备、制药和食品加工等。 同样的导热原理也适用于热流传感,从而拓宽了这一技术的应用范围。

该系统采用一个配备高精度模拟前端的 MCU。该前端集成了 24 位 ΔΣ ADC、16 位 DAC 和励磁电流源。 通过这种设计,即可以极少的外部元件,实现一个结构紧凑、测量精准的皮拉尼真空计。

系统优势:

  • 使用采样率高达 125kSPS 的 24 位 ΔΣ ADC,可进行高速、高精度的温度和功率测量。
  • 电流控制由 16 位 DAC 实现。
  • 利用 RXv2 内核的内置 FPU 实现数字温度控制。
