超级电容低功率备用电源

概览

描述

带有超级电容器的电源系统支持 3V 至 40V 的宽输入电压范围,输出电流为 2.5A。 该系统可替代传统电池,避免电解液泄漏等问题,并作为可靠的备用电源使用。 在升压模式下,降压-升压稳压器可有效释放电容器能量,从而最大限度地利用电容能量并降低成本。 该系统在输出 100mA 电流时,放电效率高达 82%,在输出 1A 电流时,放电效率保持在 50%以上。 它集成了高性能低压差稳压器(LDO)、高效 MOSFET 和精密电压监控器,从而形成强大的电源管理系统。
