MXT RZ/V2L and RZ/G2L LGA System on Module (SoM)

The MXT LGA SoM integrates the RZ/V2L or RZ/G2L microprocessor units (MPUs) and is a perfect fit for products which are prone to vibrations and require a compact form factor. With RZ/V2L DRP-AI real-time AI inferencing and image processing, it supports essential camera functions such as color correction and noise reduction in vision applications. The RZ/G2L SoM is offering customers additional flexibility in selecting the processing platform that best matches their performance, power, and cost requirements. Additionally, the SoM provides all key power rails required by the system — including 3.3V, 1.8V, Ethernet power, and SD card power — directly from the module. This integration eliminates the need for duplicating these power supplies on the carrier board, significantly reducing BOM complexity, component count, and overall design effort for the customer.
