描述
RX660系列是RX600和RX700高端通用微控制器之中首款支持5V电源的产品。支持5V电源可降低系统成本,抗噪性能出色,无需外部电感来消除噪声。RXv3内核在120MHz下运行,闪存访问零等待,使得计算过程稳定,具备出色的实时性能。通用IO引脚的有效端口数量比以往兼容5V电源的RX210产品增加了约10%,能够增加相同封装中可连接的传感器数量,从而有助于简化系统升级。外设功能中,RX660在RX系列产品中首次搭载CAN FD,可构建工业网络等下一代网络。此外,在高端产品中首次将HOCO的振荡精度稳定为1.0%,可省去外部振荡器,有助于降低系统成本。该系列采用48至144引脚的LFQFP封装,最大配备1MB闪存和128KB SRAM存储器,可通过单个芯片满足客户广泛的平台开发需求,能够轻松提升家用电器和工业设备的性能以及扩展功能。
