TOKYO, Japan – Renesas Electronics Corporation (TSE: 6723), a premier supplier of advanced semiconductor solutions, today announced changes to its organizational structure and executive personnel.
1. Change in Organizational Structure
Effective July 31, 2019, with the aim of strengthening collaboration among administrative divisions, the Corporate Planning Unit, the Organization Development Unit, and the Supply Chain Management Unit will all be dissolved and return to their individual division-level structures and operations. In addition, a new CEO Office will be established on August 1, 2019, to promote communication inside and outside the company.
