单相电子式电能表

概览

描述

尽管机械电表坚固耐用,即使在现代也占据了市场主导地位,但对自动抄表(AMR)功能的需求不断增长,以及对不易被篡改的要求,推动了具有远程数据采集和处理机制的电子电表的发展。 没有 AMR 功能的全电子变体称为“静态电表”,而具有 AMR 功能的型号称为“智能电表”。

因此,与智能电表相比,价格竞争力成为静态电表的关键因素。 两个关键参数 — 功耗和成本效益 — 在确定这些器件的元件选择方面起着关键作用。 该设计专门针对静态仪表的功率和成本效率进行了优化。

系统优势:

  • B 级 (1%),16 位计量 MCU
  • 单输出低压差稳压器(LDO),能够提供高达 500mA 的输出电流
  • 5V 电源 RS-485,单收发器,满足针对平衡通信传输的 RS-485 标准的要求。
  • 光耦合隔离器,包含一个砷化镓(GaAs)发光二极管和一个 NPN 硅光电晶体管,可通过几 kΩ 的高负载电阻实现相对较高的开关速度
