The SLG59H1019V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1019V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling assessment of its switching characteristics and power management performance in high-voltage applications. Dedicated sense test points support accurate R_DS(on) characterization, helping designers evaluate device behavior under a range of operating conditions. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
