The SLG59H1126V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1126V high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling analysis of its switching characteristics and power management performance in high-voltage systems. Dedicated sense test points support accurate R_DS(on) characterization during device evaluation and testing. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
