The SLG59H1302C evaluation board evaluates the SLG59H1302C high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling assessment of its switching performance and power management capabilities. Dedicated sense test points are provided for accurate R_DS(on) characterization, supporting detailed evaluation of device behavior during testing. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
