SLG59H1401C High-Voltage GreenFET Load Switch Evaluation Board

The SLG59H1401C-EVB board evaluates the SLG59H1401C high-voltage GreenFET load switch, enabling assessment of its switching performance and power management capabilities. Dedicated sense test points are provided for RDS_ON evaluation. These test points are intended for measurement purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
