The SLG59M1614V evaluation board evaluates the SLG59M1614V GreenFET single N-channel load switch, enabling characterization of its switching performance and power management functionality. Dedicated sense test points are provided for R_DS(on) evaluation, allowing accurate device measurements during testing. These test points are intended for characterization purposes only and are not designed to carry high currents.
