BattGenie provides a suite of software tools for battery data pipeline management, analytics, modeling & simulation, cloud-based digital-twins as well as software for battery management systems (BMS) of Li-ion batteries. BattGenie enables faster & safer charging (20mins from 0-100%) and provides an improvement in cycle life in excess of 100% for electric vehicles, consumer electronics including robots & drones, as well as grid storage battery applications. BattGenie's technology has been independently tested & validated at a reputed third-party national lab (NREL). BattGenie is already working with multiple EV OEMs, Tier-1s, consumer electronics as well as battery manufacturing OEMs, and BMS IC companies based out of the US, Europe as well as Southeast Asia.
BattGenie's technology is based on AI-enhanced high fidelity physics-based battery models, which are extremely fast computationally. Along with significant extension of battery life, BattGenie has demonstrated >99% accuracy of SOC/SOH under dynamic load conditions, leading to extremely accurate gauging. Leveraging BattGenie's patented numerical solvers and optimizers, BattGenie's algorithms are hardware agnostic & can also work in fixed-point code, with extremely low microcontrollers such as Arm®-Cortex M0 in under 30kBs of memory. BattGenie's technology has been proven for batteries with multiple chemistries (LFP/NMC/NCA/LCO), manufacturers, form-factors (prismatic/pouch/cylindrical), and multi-cell battery packs.
