The N0436N is an N-channel MOSFET rated at 40V, 56A, and 4.7mΩ Rdson(max). The device, available in a TO-252 package, offers low on-resistance, high-speed switching, and high robustness. These MOSFETs are suitable for switching (motor drive, etc.) and load switch applications.
