RH850/F1L 是瑞萨电子 RH850/F1x 系列单芯片微控制器中的产品线，专为汽车车身应用设计。 嵌入式闪存的范围 256KB 到 2MB，封装范围 48 引脚到 176 引脚的小型封装。

- 模拟功能：4 路 10 位 A/D 转换器、91 路 12 位 A/D 转换器
- 片上振荡器 (MHz)：8MHz，低速：240kHz
