描述

μPC813 是 μPC811 的高速版本。 这款 J-FET 输入运算放大器在输出级采用高速 PNP 晶体管设计,可在增益为 1(全反馈)的条件下以 25V/μs 的高转换速率稳定运行。该运算放大器输入级采用在瑞萨电子其他高精度运算放大器和高精度基准电压源中已得到验证的电阻微调技术,因此实现了优异的低失调电压特性。尽管采用 JFET 输入结构,其性能仍超越了传统通用型运算放大器。 同系列中还包括采用相同电路配置的 μPC814 和 4094 型号。
