DA14594 是一款双核无线微控制器，与最新 Arm® Cortex®-M33™ 应用处理器（带浮点单元）、Cortex-M0+™、高级电源管理功能、加密安全引擎、模拟和数字外设、软件可配置的协议引擎以及支持蓝牙® LE（通过蓝牙内核 5.3 认证）的无线电、256KB 嵌入式闪存相结合，还配备了 96KB RAM、16KB 缓存 RAM 以及 288KB ROM（包含低功耗 LE 蓝牙堆栈）。 嵌入式闪存或 SRAM 可在外部通过 QSPI 进行扩展。
