概览

描述

智能栅极驱动器集成电路(IC)专为三相无传感器无刷直流(BLDC)电机应用而设计。 它集成了三个半桥智能栅极驱动器,能够为 N 沟道金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET)电桥供电,电压范围为 4.5V 至最大 60V,具有 1A 驱动和 2A 灌电流能力。 此设置可实现对大电流氮化镓(GaN)MOSFET 的控制。 该 IC 包含一个向微控制器供电的降压升压转换器,并集成了三个增益可调的差分放大器,用于精确的接地侧并联电流检测,将数据馈送到微控制器的模拟数字转换器(ADC)的输入口。 MCU 通过 CAN FD 和 I3C 通信协议增强了数据通信,并采用了电机控制专用 ADC,支持计算密集型算法,让电机调谐更加平稳。 使用 GaN 高压 MOSFET 无需笨重的散热器便可实现大电流开关,从而优化了系统,使其适用于小型又高效的应用。
