4G 模块智能电表的电源系统

概览

描述

超级电容器,又称为双电层电容器(EDLC),具有充电时间短、功率密度高、寿命长、温度性能好、环保等特点。 EDLC 可以作为可靠的备用电源,替代传统电池,后者容易出现电解液泄漏等问题。 它们在短时间停电期间为数据备份和无线通信提供电力。

瑞萨的智能电表系统集成了 4G 通信和 EDLC 技术,实现智能控制和始终在线的功能。 降压升压稳压器使 EDLC 备份能够自循环,并且可以将 EDLC 电压放电至 0.1V(理论),从而最大限度地提高效率并降低系统成本。 此外,超低功耗 MCU 非常适合用于测量设备和电表,具有内置段式 LCD 驱动器,增强了功能性。
