千兆工业以太网模组系统

概览

描述

现代系统需要快速、可靠的通信来处理传感器、控制系统及其他联网设备生成的庞大数据。 这在工业环境中尤为重要,其中可靠的通信对于设备在恶劣环境(例如,存在高电磁干扰 (EMI) 的区域)中的高效运行至关重要。

千兆工业以太网模组系统(SoM)可实现高速数据传输,能够确保大型数据包(例如来自高分辨率视频源或复杂传感器阵列)以尽可能低的延迟进行快速高效传输。

SoM 尤其有益于工业市场,能够轻松集成到各种独特的外设中,以满足不同的工业需求。 该 SoM 同时包含了模块和扩展板,能够大幅加快上市时间,减少开发成本,降低客户风险。

系统优势:

  • 邮票大小的 SoM 模块可以紧凑高效地集成到各种设计中。
    • 随时可用、经过验证的组件能够缩短开发时长和上市时间。
    • 就像一枚“邮票”一样,可以直接焊接在客户的扩展板上以简化组装流程。
    • 配备 MPU 专用 PMIC OTP 设置的 3.3V 单电源,具备优化的电源管理方式。
    • 集成内存(16MB QSPI 闪存、32MB SDRAM、2kx8 EEPROM)和双千兆工业以太网接口,提供可实现高速工业连接的一体化解决方案。
