概览

描述

市场上有各种各样的单相电表解决方案,以适应客户不同范围的设计要求。 为了缓解设计负担并提供灵活性,瑞萨电子为高端市场开发了一款使用 MCU 的输出电表,以避免使用片上系统(SoC)的限制。 本设计包含了完整的解决方案,包括 MCU、高速光电耦合器、AC/DC、电源器件和存储器。

系统优势:

  • 基于 72kHz 集成 900V BJT 的紧凑型设计,适用于 18W 电源,无光耦合器,精确的电压交叉调节,适用于智能电表的紧凑型 AC/DC 电源
  • 基于 MCU 的设计增加了灵活性和扩展内存,支持 DLMS
  • 除了使用 NFC 连接外,还可轻松进行安全/身份验证
