RL78/F24 入门套件包括 RL78/F24 目标板“RTK7F124FPC01000BJ”和 E2 Lite（瑞萨电子旗下一款带有编程功能的片上调试仿真器）。

目标评测板“RTK7F124FPC01000BJ”包含一个 100个引脚的RL78/F24 MCU，具有256kB 代码闪存、16kB 数据闪存和 24KB RAM。装配有 4MHz 谐振器和 32.768kHz 谐振器。支持闪存编程和片上调试（启用 TOOL0 引脚）。
