描述
The RH850/P1X 144-pin Piggyback Board supports all devices of the RH850/P1M and RH850/P1M-E series in a 144-pin (0.4mm pin pitch) package. It can be used standalone or in combination with the mainboard of the RH850 evaluation platform. The modular RH850 evaluation platform, consisting of mainboards and piggyback boards, is a platform for evaluating the features and performance of Renesas 32-bit RH850 microcontrollers.

- Socket for mounting the MCU [NOTE: MCU is not included, needs to be ordered separately]
- Four banana jacks (4mm, 3x red, 1x black) for supply of 1.2V core voltage and 3.3V or 5.0V device voltage
- Supports devices with a single power supply (eVR, embedded voltage regulator) or a dual power supply (DPS, external supply of core voltage)
- General-purpose signal LEDs [8x yellow]
- Reset circuit/switch
- 14-pin debug connector for Renesas or 3rd-party emulator connectivity
- Offering LPD (1pin/4pin) and JTAG debug connection support
- Offering serial flash programming support for the RH850 on-chip flash memory
- Each pin of the device is accessible via a 2.54 mm pitch connector (double row)
- External clock circuit with an exchangeable 16MHz crystal resonator
- Jumpers for device mode selection
