交流伺服

概览

描述

瑞萨电子的交流伺服系统将电机控制与 EtherCAT 设计集成在一起,通过对同步时间要求严格的工业以太网通信来支持高速和高精度电机控制。 该系统由系统控制、电源驱动和电机编码器三个模块组成,它们在保持高度互连的同时实现了物理隔离。 这种单片设计采用高性能 MPU,在性能和成本方面优于传统的双芯片平台。

系统优势:

  • 在系统板的指导下,通过 EtherCAT 使用 CiA 402 驱动行规轻松实现电机控制。
  • 二合一芯片设计无需额外的 FPGA,从而优化了整体系统成本。
