3KW 非车载电动汽车充电器

概览

描述

随着电动出行(e-Mobility)领域的发展,对更高效的充电解决方案的需求越来越大。 这款高功率非车载充电器在通用输入电压范围内运作,并采用高端 MCU 来控制功率因数校正(PFC)和管理零电压开关(ZVS)——位于系统次级侧的半桥开关转换器。 MCU 提供对输出参数的安全控制,其 CAN 接口应用非常广泛。

系统优势 :

  • 数字控制器提供如 UVLO、OVP、OCP、OTP 和浪涌电流控制等保护功能。
  • 设计可升级,可支持更高电流的系统,并可选择在次级侧增加同步整流功能。
  • 应用了 CAN/SPI,可连接到智能网卡以进行远程信息处理。
