SLG46117V-SKT

The SLG46117V-SKT is a socket adapter kit for use with the SLG4DVKADV GreenPAK Advanced Development Board or SLG4DVKLITE GreenPAK Lite Development Board. The SLG46117V-SKT kit includes the SLG4SA14-16x25 socket adapter and 50 SLG46117V GreenPAK programmable mixed-signal matrix IC samples.

Used with SLG46xxxV-SKT and SLG47xxxV-SKT socket kits, the GreenPAK Advanced and Lite Development Boards provide full programming, emulation, and testing functions for GreenPAK devices.

The SLG46117 combines the functionality and versatility of a programmable mixed-signal matrix with the capabilities of Renesas' CuFET technology. Capable of integrating a number of common discrete ICs and passive components into a single device, the SLG46117 enables high power switching with a soft-start 1.25A P-Channel MOSFET with slew rate control and integrated discharge resistor.
