描述

The RH850/U2B Starter Kit is a compact platform for evaluating Renesas 32-bit RH850/U2B microcontrollers. Powered by four RH850G4MH2 cores at 400MHz, it delivers high-performance real-time processing for automotive applications.

The kit includes a 12V power supply with the ASIL D-compliant RAA271084 PMIC for safe, reliable operation. Debugging is simple with a 14-pin LPD/JTAG debug port. Connectivity options include Ethernet, two CAN FD channels for high-speed communication, and LIN/SENT interfaces for sensor integration. Two Pmod™ connectors support I2C/SPI expansion for easy prototyping. The kit also features a 128×64 OLED display, LEDs, and a rotary encoder with RGB lighting for interactive feedback. Analog inputs, along with motor control and resolver I/Os, enable robust testing. Optimized for motor control, it supports advanced drive systems such as electric power steering and traction control.
