描述
RH850/U2B 是瑞萨电子跨域汽车微控制器系列。作为新一代高端车载控制器件，其旨在满足日益增长的将多种应用集成到单块芯片中的需求，以实现针对不断发展的电气电子架构（E/E架构）的统一电子控制单元（ECU）。 凭借 28 纳米 (nm) 制程技术，以瑞萨电子用发动机控制 RH850/Ex 系列和用xEV RH850/Cx 系列的关键功能为基础，实现 32 位 RH850/U2B MCU，从而进一步提升性能。
新一代车载控制 MCU配备多达4个 400兆赫 (MHz) CPU 核心 + 多达 三个双核锁步。每个 CPU 核心都集成了还包含虚拟支持和服务质量（QoS）功能, 适用于 X-in-1 应用程序。 RH850/U2B 配备了最新硬件支持技术，可将多个 ASIL-D 软件分区整合到同一电子控制单元（ECU）中，并确保同时运行的应用程序之间不会相互干扰，满足 ISO 26262 ASIL D 标准。
该 MCU 包含 EVITA Full 级别的信息安全功能支持，以加强对网络攻击的防护，使设备能够随着安全要求的发展，实现安全、快速的完全无等待 OTA (Full No-Wait OTA) 软件更新。
该 MCU 包含 独立的高性能电机控制加速器 IP(EMU3S)，可与多个专用电机控制定时器结构（如 GTM v4.1 和 TSG3）灵活配合。 嵌入式电机位置传感器接口 RDC3X（包含旋转变压器和感应式位置传感器）作为独有特性，可显著降低 BOM 成本，使用后可忽略常用外部 RDC 芯片组。
