描述

The ISLDDR4DEMO1Z is designed to demonstrate a radiation tolerant power management solution for DDR4 memories. The board uses Renesas radiation tolerant (RT) plastic power management devices to supply the required DDR4 VDDQ, VPP, VTT, and VREF power rails, generated by the ISL71001M, ISL73007M, and ISL75055M, respectively.

The board features all necessary test points and connections to evaluate the multiple power solutions. On-board transient circuits are included to evaluate VDDQ and VTT transient response.

The ISLDDR4DEMO1Z demonstrates an accurate, fully qualified radiation tolerant solution for DDR4 power management.
