描述

DA14533 是一款符合 AEC-Q100 2 级标准的超低功耗片上系统 (SoC)，集成了一个 2.4GHz 收发器和 Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCU，并配备 64kB RAM 和 12kB 一次性可编程 (OTP) 存储器。 这款 SoC 不仅可用作独立的应用处理器，还可作为主机系统中的数据泵。 使用集成式低 IQ 降压/升压 DC/DC 转换器可实现超低功耗，该转换器在降压模式下休眠时仍处于工作状态。

Renesas introduces the DA14533, an automotive AEC-Q100 grade 2 qualified Bluetooth® Low Energy System-on-Chip (SoC). The DA14533 is the latest addition to the successful SmartBond™ TINY family of products, providing ultra-low power Bluetooth functionality in the smallest footprint and integrating a 2.4GHz transceiver and an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCU with 64kB of RAM and 12kB of one-time programmable (OTP) memory.
