RZ/A3UL Evaluation Board Kit
  • 器件：RZ/A3UL
    • Cortex-A55 单核
    • BGA361 引脚、13mm 主体、0.5mm 间距
  • 模块板功能
    • 有两种类型的评估板可供选择：
      • QSPI 版本：QSPI 串行闪存（启动）+ DDR4   
      • Octal-SPI 版本：Octa 闪存（启动）+ OctaRAM + DDR4
    • DDR4 SDRAM：1GB × 1 件
    • QSPI 闪存：128Mb × 1 "AT25QL128A" （QSPI 版本）
    • Octa RAM 内存：512Mb × 1pc / Octa 闪存：1Gb × 1（Octal-SPI 版本）
    • eMMC 内存：64GB × 1 件
    • 配有 microSD 卡插槽，可用作启动 eSD。
    • 配有 5 路输出时钟振荡器“5P35023”
    • 配有 PMIC 电源“DA9062”
  • 扩展板功能
    • 标配带有 FFC/FPC 连接器，作为连接摄像头模块高速串行接口。
    • 标配带有利用 DSI/HDMI 转换模块实现的 Micro-HDMI 连接器，作为连接数字视频模块高速串行接口。
    • 标配带有 Micro-AB 插座 (ch0: USB2.0 OTG) 和 A 插座 (ch1: USB2.0 Host)，作为连接 USB 接口。
    • 标配带有 RJ45 连接器，用于使用以太网进行软件开发和评估。
    • 标配带有音频编解码器，用于音频系统高级开发。 配有音频插孔，用作连接音频接口。

    • 配有 microSD 卡插槽和两个 PMOD 插槽，用作 RZ/A3UL 外围功能接口。
