概览
简介
SLG47115将混合信号逻辑和高压 H 桥功能集成在 2 mm x 3 mm 微型QFN 封装中。 一次性可编程 （OTP） 非易失性存储器 （NVM） 以内部逻辑、I/O 引脚和宏单元互连的形式存储用户定义的解决方案。
集成的 H 桥/双半桥功能允许在高达 26.4 V 的电压下驱动每路高达 3 A 的各类负载。 SLG47115先进的PWM宏单元能够以不同PWM频率和占空比的驱动各种电机。 低待机电流消耗与紧凑的尺寸相结合，进一步扩展潜在应用领域。
这种高度通用的器件允许在热效率高的微型IC中设计各种混合信号功能以及高压功能。

Tips for Using This Parametric Table:
- Hide Filters button in header: Collapse or expands filters
