自动光学检测(AOI)

概览

描述

自动光学检测(AOI)系统需要 强大的 MPU,如 RZ/V2M。 用于 AI 的动态可重构处理器(DRP-AI)硬件 IP 用于高速 AI 推理和准确性是必要的功能。 一个主要的区别是快速的无线通信,以实现高数据吞吐量。 该系统包含一个 SMARC SOM 模块、一个提供 Wi-Fi 6 的 M.2 Type E CL8040 模块和一个现成的摄像头模块,全部插入载板。

系统优势:

  • 采用 CL8040,保证 2.4GHz 和 5GHz 频段的低延迟和低干扰
  • 配备 4x4 MIMO 天线,可实现高 Wi-Fi 吞吐量
  • 采用标准的 M.2 Type E 外形尺寸和 PCIe 接口,性能卓越
  • 为 Wi-Fi 模块(内部生成的其他电源轨)提供单 3.3V 电源,为 SMARC 模块提供额外的 5V 电源
