  • 步进电机设计:
    • 通过带有旋转变压器位置信息的伺服控制实现无跳距,最大限度地提高电机扭矩,缩小电机尺寸(缩小一号),并通过最小化齿轮(减速器)来降低 BOM 成本。
    • 通过减少扭矩脉动的伺服控制实现低噪音和低振动。
  • BLDC 电机设计:
    • 通过高分辨率旋转变压器使用高精度位置信息进行伺服控制,实现精细移动/停止控制。
    • 通过提高位置分辨率和提高速度响应,抑制旋转不均匀并减少引起振动的纹波。
