概览

描述

电机控制系统的精确性、可靠性和耐用性在工业自动化、汽车、航空航天和医疗设备等行业中至关重要。 旋转变压器通过测量转子的位置和速度,在实现这些特性中起到了重要作用。 通过提供持续的模拟反馈,旋转变压器提高了系统的精确性、可靠性和耐用性,从而能够更平稳、更精确地控制电机速度和位置。

这种采用旋转变压器设计的电机控制具有旋转变压器位置控制功能,适用于步进电机系统和替代无刷直流(BLDC)电机系统。 步进电机系统为办公自动化和工业应用(如扫描仪、多功能打印机和自动存钞机)提供高性能电机驱动单元。 同时,BLDC 电机系统为自动导引车(AGV)、小型车辆、服务机器人和辅助自行车等应用提供高性能电机驱动单元。

系统优势:

  • 配备了示例软件,可以加快开发进度,从而缩短产品上市的时间。
  • 用旋转变压器代替光学编码器可降低 BOM 成本。
  • 步进电机设计:
    • 通过带有旋转变压器位置信息的伺服控制实现无跳距,最大限度地提高电机扭矩,缩小电机尺寸(缩小一号),并通过最小化齿轮(减速器)来降低 BOM 成本。
    • 通过减少扭矩脉动的伺服控制实现低噪音和低振动。
  • BLDC 电机设计:
    • 通过高分辨率旋转变压器使用高精度位置信息进行伺服控制,实现精细移动/停止控制。
    • 通过提高位置分辨率和提高速度响应,抑制旋转不均匀并减少引起振动的纹波。
