概述

描述

随着电动汽车平台转为使用高功率 800V+ 电池架构,传统的两电平牵引电机逆变器在效率、EMI、NVH 和热性能方面面临着日益严峻的挑战。 三电平 T 型牵引电机逆变器输出的电压波形更为平滑,电压变化率 dv/dt 与谐波含量更低,从而有效解决了这些限制条件。 通过将先进的车规级控制与中性桥臂中的高速双向开关元件相结合,本产品可提升效率、提高电机运行平稳度并减少开关损耗。 这既可以提升驾驶性能,同时又能简化 EMC 合规性并减少对于电机绝缘和系统组件所承受的应力。 本产品专为新一代高电压电动汽车平台设计,在传统两电平架构的基础上提供了一种可扩展且高性价比的选择,同时兼顾性能、设备复杂度与系统集成度。

系统优势:

  • 通过降低开关和电机谐波损耗提高了传动系统效率(~1–2%)
  • 降低了 dv/dt 和 EMI,从而简化了 EMC 合规性并减少了滤波和屏蔽要求
  • 电机电流波形更平滑、转矩纹波更小,使整车 NVH 性能得以优化;减少了设备和绝缘应力(Vdc/2),进而提高了可靠性并延长了使用寿命
  • 通过 GaN 双向开关(BDS)和多电平运行提高了功率密度,适用于紧凑型电驱桥
  • 可扩展至 800V+ 平台,且不会像两电平架构一样受到效率和 EMI 影响
