Voltage Monitor Reference Design for Microchip RT PolarFire SoC FPGA Family

The ISL71148VMREFEV2Z is a high-resolution voltage monitor reference design optimized to support the Microchip radiation tolerant (RT) PolarFire^® SoC FPGA family. Powering the RT PolarFire requires numerous power rails, each requiring specific DC and AC regulation tolerances. The ISL71148VMREFEV2Z voltage monitor reference design board leverages the ISL71148M 8-channel, 14-bit, 900ksps SAR ADC to monitor up to 16 voltages and ensure the regulation accuracy budget is maintained. The ISL71148VMREFEV2Z is a fully qualified, radiation tolerant voltage monitoring solution using Renesas' Intersil family of radiation tolerant products.
