自助换电亭

概览

描述

换电池这种充电模式正在成为轻型电动车(LEV)电池充电的主流方向。 开发电池充电站基础设施是一项高投资的工作;然而,小型自助换电亭可以实现自主操作,而且操作简便。 这种方法大幅减少用户等待时间,简化操作,并成为传统充电站的低成本替代方案。 此外,这种自助换电亭还能为非标准电池驱动的车辆提供紧急直流充电,从而变得更多功能、更实用。

系统优势:

  • 采用 RA6M1/RA6M3 MCU,提供直观的图形界面与触控操作,便捷控制换电流程。
  • 通过 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth® LE 模块,支持蓝牙低功耗(LE)和 Wi-Fi 连接,实现移动端应用控制。
  • 使用 RL78/I1C MCU 对单个电池充电进行充电计量。
  • 采用 3kW AC/DC 充电器的模块化充电方法,可实现灵活的电源管理。
  • 基于 CAN 总线的设备通信,用于监测电池健康状况和充电进度。
  • 二维码支付功能,确保通过服务提供商进行安全支付。
  • 全球移动通信系统(GSM)将信息传送到自助服务终端。
  • PWM 控制器管理前端系统的辅助电源供应。
