扭矩控制系统

概览

描述

在汽车、电子和制造等行业,扭矩精度在装配过程中起着关键作用。 不正确的扭矩可能会导致产品故障、安全问题或组件损坏。 各种工业设备,如螺丝拧紧机和扭矩测试仪,需要在测量扭矩的同时控制电机旋转,以确保扭矩的稳定性,从而保持产品的一致性和质量。

该扭矩控制系统采用带有高精度模拟前端的 MCU,将扭矩测量信号输入电机控制系统。 通过反馈控制,实现高分辨率的扭矩控制,配置简洁且高效。

系统优势:

  • RX23E-A 32 位 MCU 具有高精度模拟前端(AFE),可提供精确的扭矩测量,确保产品质量。
  • RX/RA T 系列 MCU 可在简单的配置下同时实现精确的电机控制和扭矩测量。
  • 低噪声、高电源抑制比(PSRR)和稳定的高质量电源,确保传感器性能准确、可靠且一致。
