双向数字电源系统

概览

描述

随着市场对于灵活、高效、可靠的双向功率流的需求日渐增长,可再生能源、电动汽车(EV)、数据中心、工业自动化和智能电网等行业越来越青睐能够提高效率、节约成本、具有更高灵活性和控制力的电力系统。

这款系统采用高性能 Arm® Cortex® MCU,专为支持 650V GaN FET 而设计,以通过三种先进拓扑实现 3.6kW 双向功率转换:图腾柱无桥功率因数校正(PFC)实现双向数字 AC/DC 转换,双有源桥(DAB)实现数字 DC/DC 转换,三相 PFC 在 10kW 输出下实现超过 98.5% 的能效。 每种设计都针对不同电源管理需求提供了量身定制的专用高效系统,确保各行业都能够选到理想配置以满足其独特的应用需求。
