概览

描述

该微型逆变器是一款大功率单级解决方案,采用 GaN 功率开关,提供高达 500W 的输出功率,可实现高效率与高功率密度。 其架构包括一个初级全桥、高频隔离变压器,以及采用瑞萨电子 GaN 双向 FET 的次级 AC/AC 桥,可实现快速、低损耗的开关,并在并网和离网 50/60Hz 运行模式下均保持 THD≤3%。 与通常功率限制在 250W 以下且需要多级结构的传统反激式微型逆变器相比,该设计以更少的器件实现了更高功率,提升了效率,并显著提高了功率密度。 在宽输入和负载范围内实现软开关,进一步提升了整体系统性能。
