概览

描述

智能终端后备供电系统支持 4.5V 至 40V 的宽输入电压范围,输出范围为 1A 到 20A。 超级电容器可以替代容易出现电解液泄漏等问题的传统电池,作为可靠的后备电源。

该系统具有一个降压升压控制器,可在降压、升压或降压升压模式下工作,并支持双向恒流/恒压(CC/CV)模式,可以取代其他厂商提供的两部分解决方案。 充电时间是可编程的,放电时间经过优化以充分利用储存的能量。 降压升压控制器最大限度地利用了电容能量,降低了成本并提高了效率。

系统优势:

  • 降压升压控制器能够充分利用超级电容器的能量,即使在电压低至 0.3V 时也能有效工作。
  • 包括一个电压监控器,用于监控电源状态以实现可靠运行。
  • 支持 Nch 功率 MOSFET,可实现高效驱动和低发热,确保最佳性能。
