CC-Link IE TSN 是一种开放式工业网络技术(也是以太网标准的扩展),CC-Link 合作伙伴协会将其用于时间敏感性网络 (TSN)。瑞萨电子为智能工厂应用提供了基于该技术的系统解决方案。作为首个支持 CC-Link IE TSN B 类标准的控制器之一,R-IN32M4-CL3 片上系统 (SoC) 符合严格的规范。该协议可实现超高速和高精度运动控制解决方案。TSN 还可以实现信息技术 (IT) 网络和运营技术 (OT) 网络之间的无缝链接,能够实时更改产品模型或产量,同时还为制造商提供灵活的支持。这从总体上提高了工厂的生产效率。

系统优势:

  • R-IN32M4-CL3 符合 CC-Link IE TSN B 类标准。它配备 R-IN 引擎、千兆以太网 PHY 和 1.3MB 的 RAM,可用于以太网通信。这样,无需软件实时操作系统和外部部件,就可以进行高速、大容量的通信。
