该隔离式电机驱动功率级采用 GaN 技术，支持最高约 3kW 的高性能电机驱动设备。 它集成了逆变器、隔离式栅极驱动、传感、保护和辅助电源功能，可实现高效电源转换，并在控制域和电源域之间进行稳健隔离。
该逆变器级采用三相桥式拓扑，实现了 SuperGaN FET，并内置保护和反馈功能，包括电流测量、相电压监测、温度传感以及位置与霍尔传感器输入信号。 这些输入信号通过隔离放大器被传输至外部电机控制处理器，而该处理器可灵活实现应用场景专用的控制算法和 PWM 生成。
