概述

描述

该隔离式电机驱动功率级采用 GaN 技术,支持最高约 3kW 的高性能电机驱动设备。 它集成了逆变器、隔离式栅极驱动、传感、保护和辅助电源功能,可实现高效电源转换,并在控制域和电源域之间进行稳健隔离。

该逆变器级采用三相桥式拓扑,实现了 SuperGaN FET,并内置保护和反馈功能,包括电流测量、相电压监测、温度传感以及位置与霍尔传感器输入信号。 这些输入信号通过隔离放大器被传输至外部电机控制处理器,而该处理器可灵活实现应用场景专用的控制算法和 PWM 生成。

  • 控制域和电源域之间的完全隔离可提升系统的稳健性、安全性与适用性,使其更适合高压电机驱动设备。
  • 基于 GaN 的逆变器可实现高效率运行,并支持在更高开关频率下进行评估。
  • 通过独立于 MCU 处理的专用硬件保护路径实现具有过流和断路保护功能的快速故障响应。
  • 直接来自 400V DC 母线的辅助电源架构可生成所有热侧和冷侧供电轨,无需外部低压辅助输入。
  • 可直接复用现有的电机控制软件环境,支持后续迁移到瑞萨电子电机控制平台上。
