RX261 产品群是具有出色的能效比的 32 位微控制器、提供先进触摸功能和强大的安全特性。 适用于消费类电子、工业自动化、建筑自动化以及电池供电产品等多种应用。
RXv3 内核在 64MHz 运行时可发挥出 355CoreMark 的强大性能。 工作电流为 69μA/MHz，待机电流为 1μA。 借助 SNOOZE 模式，外设功能可以在待机时运行，从而充分降低间歇运行期间的功耗。
作为人机界面（HMI）功能的一部分，MCU中包含了第三代电容式触摸传感单元 (CTSU2SL) 。 CTSU2SL 支持：多频点扫描，可减少因外部噪声造成的误检；主动屏蔽，可抑制电极上水分的影响；自动判断功能，可在不激活 CPU 的情况下检测触摸事件；MEC 功能，可减少触摸测量时间和多电极设计的电流消耗。
