描述
基于 GaN 的 BLDC/PMSM 电机驱动功率级系统支持多种架构配置，以满足不同终端应用场景和系统级要求：
- 3.3kW 隔离式电机驱动系统：支持最高 400V 工作电压和高达 3.3kW 的额定功率。 非常适用于暖通空调（HVAC）系统、热泵及其他需要完全隔离解决方案的高功率应用。
- 1kW 非隔离式电机驱动系统：支持最高 100V 工作电压和高达 1kW 的额定功率。 非常适用于空间受限、需要更少物料清单（BOM）和紧凑外形设计的应用，例如无人机（UAV）和其他无人飞行器。
该功率级集成了逆变器、隔离式栅极驱动器、检测电路、保护电路以及辅助电源功能，而电机控制算法和脉宽调制（PWM）生成功能则由外部电机控制处理器板执行。
逆变器级采用三相桥式拓扑结构的 SuperGaN® FET，每个开关均由隔离式栅极驱动器驱动，在控制域与功率域之间提供电气隔离。 电流测量、相电压监测、温度反馈、位置传感器、霍尔传感器以及其他诊断信号通过隔离放大器传输至处理板，实现全面的系统保护与监测。
系统优势：

- 通过独立于 MCU 处理的专用硬件保护路径实现具有过流和断路保护功能的快速故障响应。
- 可直接复用现有的电机控制软件环境，支持后续迁移到瑞萨电子电机控制平台上。
